What areas of Northern New Jersey does your pooper scooper company service?

How often does your dog waste cleanup/removal company come out?
Most of our customers prefer our pooper scooper service once a week. Bi-weekly service schedules are available as well as one-time dog waste cleanups; if you would like to know more about different pooper scooper service options, please contact Jimmy.

Do you work through the winter?
Yes. Dogs keep leaving their poop all year long and our company continues to clean up and remove dog waste through winter (heavy snow exceptions). Please click on our Youtube Link below and see us scooping in the snow!

Can you work with the dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We love dogs and get along well with them; however, there are some cases when a dog will not allow us into the yard or makes the dog waste cleanup process difficult for us. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to scoop their dog poop, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog. We don't want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our workers.

What if I want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you call the company in time for us to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a period of time, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days. There will be no charge for service missed due to weather or some other event beyond your control. HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it will be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. 

How do I pay you?
We will send an invoice through via email at the end of each month after all work is completed. We accept cash, checks, zellepay, venmo, and cashapp. Many customers set up automatic bank payments.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No. We can start and stop your pooper scooper service over the phone or with an e-mail. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel our dog waste cleanup/removal service.

Is there an extra charge for the first time?
Yes, unless you have maintained your yard there will be an extra charge for the 1st service since there has been a lot of accumulation of dog poop over time.

Is it possible to get a one-time only service?
Sure! One-time only dog waste cleanup is easily arranged.

Can I choose my service day?
Generally speaking, no. That is not to say that we cannot work out an agreement, but each day of the week is allocated to a specific route for dog poop cleanup and there is only enough daylight hours in which to work in. We hope you understand that it is necessary for us to make our routes particular to certain areas throughout the week.
